The Warwick Clinic group wanted to create a brand new website that would help establish them online. The site needed to be elegant and professional, as well as luxurious and cool. This is an expensive product, and the website needed to reflect that, but without appearing tacky or otherwise obfuscating the fact that they are medical professionals.
I had many meetings with the client at my office and in the pub, and we discussed every aspect of the design and also talked about what the site needed to achieve. After discussion we decided to put the main selling point – the price of their most popular procedure – front and center on the home page, in a style reminiscent of a glossy full page advert in a magazine. This magazine aesthetic was carried across to other pages on the site, which are full of information and could appear quite dull without some high quality photography to break up the text.
I used WordPress, which allowed us to implement a blog and easily lets the client update their price list and other content when they need to.
